Training is carried out by our Technical Service Specialists who spend time with staff to cover all steps and talk through any queries regarding the application process. Detailed training videos are also available for ongoing support and refresher training.
In the showroom, Autoglym’s nationwide dealer support includes a dedicated Business Development Manager. They visit all dealers regularly and provide comprehensive sales training to all sales staff, and work with them to identify conversion opportunities at every stage of the sales process. Training includes demonstrations of the features & benefits, a full overview of the Aftercare Collection and lifetime guarantee registration system, and how to respond to frequently asked questions. Further support measures at the point of sale include videos and the LifeShine App, a simple-to-use interactive tool, enabling sales staff to run through an interactive presentation with the customer to include video content and images of the LifeShine protection. The App brings the benefits of LifeShine to life by allowing the customer to see the effects of the three protective treatments.
